The North Anglia Branch of the CWU recognises and celebrates the incredible contribution women make across our workplaces, our union, and our communities every single day.
Women in the CWU continue to lead, organise, challenge injustice, and stand up for fairness at work. From engineers and call centre staff to representatives and activists, women play a vital role in strengthening our union and improving working lives for everyone.
International Women’s Day is a moment to recognise those achievements, reflect on the progress made, and recommit ourselves to the fight for equality, respect, and opportunity for all.
To all the women across the CWU and beyond — thank you for the strength, leadership, and solidarity you bring to our movement.
