The CWU North Anglia Branch represents workers across the telecoms and financial services sectors, bringing together engineers, customer service teams, technical specialists, operational staff and support workers who keep the country connected and supported every day. We are a branch built on solidarity, fairness and the belief that every member deserves a strong voice at work.

Who We Represent
Our members work across a wide range of companies and roles within telecoms and financial services. From field engineers and network specialists to customer support, clerical roles, financial services, and contact centre operations — our strength comes from the diversity of the people we represent and the skills they bring to our industries.
