LGBT+ History Month

As LGBT+ History Month gets underway, CWU North Anglia stands united in celebration and solidarity.

This month is a chance to recognise the resilience, leadership and everyday contributions of LGBT+ people across our workplaces and communities, including the many LGBT+ members who strengthen our branch.

LGBT+ History Month also reminds us that progress is never guaranteed. At a time when LGBT+ rights, and especially trans rights, are facing renewed pressure and hostility, our branch is clear: we will always defend equality, dignity and respect for every member.

CWU North Anglia is proud to champion inclusive workplaces where everyone can be themselves without fear or compromise. Our solidarity is not symbolic, it’s active, it’s ongoing, and it’s rooted in the values our union was built on.
